c-Jun Antibody (B-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects c-Jun in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-c-Jun antibody (B-1) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. c-Jun (B-1) antibody recognizes a key component of the transcription factor AP-1, which regulates gene expression in response to growth factors and stress signals. c-Jun′s ability to form homo- and heterodimers with other Jun and Fos oncogene family members enables binding to the TPA-response element (TRE) with high affinity, influencing genes involved in cell proliferation and survival. c-Jun (B-1) monoclonal antibody targets a protein whose interaction with Ha-Ras enhances transcriptional activity, highlighting c-Jun′s importance in oncogenic signaling pathways.
