    SEE ALSO...

BTBD1 Antibody (A-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects BTBD1 protein of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). BTBD1 Antibody (A-12) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. BTBD1, also known as BTB/POZ domain containing 1 or NS5ATP8, is a cytoplasmic protein that plays a crucial role in myoblast growth and differentiation, making BTBD1 essential for muscle development and repair. BTBD1 is predominantly expressed in skeletal muscle and heart tissues, highlighting BTBD1′s importance in muscle function and regeneration. BTBD1 is widely conserved across species, with expression observed from C. elegans to humans, and BTBD1 specifically localizes to cytoplasmic bodies, which are thought to be involved in various cellular processes. BTBD1 features a BTB/POZ domain that facilitates protein-protein interactions, particularly with other transcription factors, and a C-terminal kelch-like region that allows BTBD1 to interact with Topoisomerase I, further underscoring BTBD1′s role in cellular regulation and signaling pathways.
