Bradykinin B1 R Antibody (F-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects bradykinin B1 R in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-bradykinin B1 R antibody (F-11) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. The bradykinin B1 receptor plays a crucial role in inflammatory response, as bradykinin B1 R is primarily expressed in response to inflammatory stimuli, such as bacterial lipopolysaccharide and cytokines. This inducible expression allows the body to adapt to inflammatory conditions, making bradykinin B1 R a potential target for therapeutic interventions in inflammatory diseases and pain management. Bradykinin B1 R specifically binds to bradykinin derivatives, which are generated during bradykinin degradation, and bradykinin B1 R activation can lead to various physiological effects, including vasodilation and increased vascular permeability. Understanding bradykinin B1 R function and regulation is essential for developing strategies to modulate bradykinin B1 R activity in pathological conditions, thereby highlighting anti-bradykinin B1 R antibody (F-11) significance in research and therapeutic applications.
