SEE ALSO...

BMPR-IA Antibody (C-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Bone morphogenetic protein receptor type 1A (BMPR1A) of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-BMPR1A antibody (C-7) is available in both conjugated and non-conjugated forms, providing flexibility for various experimental needs. BMPR1A plays a crucial role in bone and cartilage development as a key component of the bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) signaling pathway, essential for cellular processes like proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. BMPR1A monoclonal antibody (C-7) targets receptors primarily located on the cell surface, where BMPR1A interacts with BMPs to initiate intracellular signaling cascades that influence gene expression and cellular behavior. This localization enables rapid response to extracellular signals, modulating developmental processes and tissue homeostasis. BMPR1A forms heteromeric complexes with BMPR-IB and BMPR-II, enhancing BMP signaling specificity and efficacy, which highlights BMPR1A′s importance in maintaining normal physiological functions and potential implications in cancer and bone disorders.
