Blk Antibody (F-1) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects Blk in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Blk, or B lymphocyte kinase, is a crucial protein that plays a significant role in B lymphocyte signaling pathways, which are essential for adaptive immune response. Blk (F-1) antibody targets proteins primarily located in B cell cytoplasm, where Blk regulates various cellular processes, including proliferation and differentiation of immune cells.
