    SEE ALSO...

β3Gn-T7 Antibody (A-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects beta 3Gn-T7 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). β3Gn-T7 (A-4) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Beta 3Gn-T7 protein belongs to the beta 1,3-galactosyltransferase family, playing a crucial role in glycosylation processes essential for cell-cell interactions and signaling. β3Gn-T7 functions as an anti-migration factor in lung cancer cell lines, suggesting a potential role in inhibiting tumor metastasis. Research on β3Gn-T7 may provide valuable insights into therapeutic strategies for cancer treatment, particularly in targeting cell migration and invasion mechanisms. Diverse expression patterns of beta 1,3-galactosyltransferase family members underscore the complexity of glycosylation and its implications in various biological processes and diseases.
