SEE ALSO...

BCDIN3D Antibody (F-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects BCDIN3D protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-BCDIN3D antibody (F-5) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. BCDIN3D protein, consisting of 292 amino acids, is a member of the methyltransferase superfamily and contains a single BIN3 domain. BCDIN3D (F-5) antibody recognizes a protein that plays a significant role in cellular processes related to methylation, which is crucial for regulating gene expression and protein function. Dysregulation of methyltransferases like BCDIN3D has been associated with metabolic disorders, including obesity and variations in body mass index. BCDIN3D (F-5) monoclonal antibody targets a protein encoded by a gene located on human chromosome 12, a region linked to various skeletal deformities and developmental syndromes, highlighting BCDIN3D′s importance in both health and disease. Understanding BCDIN3D function and its implications in metabolic regulation can provide valuable insights into potential therapeutic targets for obesity and related conditions.
