



Baculovirus gp64 Antibody (AcV5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody engineered to detect baculovirus envelope glycoprotein gp64, also known as Major Envelope Glycoprotein GP64, from Autographa californica multiple nucleopolyhedrovirus (AcNPV) origin using western blotting (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP) techniques. GP64 is a critical protein located on the surface of both baculovirus-infected cells and budding virions, where GP64 plays an essential role in mediating the fusion of the viral envelope with host cell membranes, facilitating viral entry and release.
