ATF-3 Antibody (A-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects ATF-3 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-ATF-3 antibody (A-8) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ATF-3 plays a crucial role in cellular stress responses and is involved in the regulation of gene expression during various physiological and pathological processes, including inflammation and apoptosis. ATF-3 is primarily located in the nucleus, where ATF-3 functions as a transcription factor that modulates the expression of target genes in response to stress signals. Nuclear translocation of ATF-3 is vital for function, allowing interaction with specific DNA sequences and recruitment of other transcriptional co-factors, thereby influencing the transcriptional landscape of the cell.
