SEE ALSO...

ATF-3 Antibody (44C3a) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ATF-3 of human and rat origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry. Anti-ATF-3 antibody (44C3a) is available as the non-conjugated format. ATF-3 plays a crucial role in cellular stress responses and regulates various genes associated with inflammation, apoptosis, and cell survival. ATF-3 expression increases in response to stress signals, such as oxidative stress or cytokine stimulation, making ATF-3 a key player in adaptive cellular responses to adverse conditions. ATF-3 modulates gene expression to maintain cellular homeostasis and prevent pathological conditions, such as chronic inflammation or cancer. ATF-3 can form heterodimers with other transcription factors, enhancing regulatory capabilities and allowing for a more nuanced response to cellular signals. This multifaceted role underscores ATF-3 significance in both normal physiology and disease states, making ATF-3 a valuable target for research in understanding stress-related cellular mechanisms.

If I need to use anti-ATF3 in mouse tissue origin, which antibody should I order? Actually, I would like to use ATF3 (H-19) or (C-19) but it has been discontinued and replaced by ATF-3 (44C3a). However, 44C3a is not suitable for mouse tissue.
