ARL4D Antibody (H-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody that detects ARL4D in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ARL4D, also known as ADP-ribosylation factor-like 4D or ARF4L, is a 201 amino acid nuclear protein that belongs to the ADP-ribosylation factor family of GTP-binding proteins, which are crucial for various cellular processes. One of the key functions of ARL4D is involvement in membrane-associated intracellular trafficking, where ARL4D plays a significant role in promoting the activation of ARF6 and modulating actin remodeling through the regulation of ARNO.
