ARID1A Antibody (PSG3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ARID1A protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry. ARID1A (PSG3) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ARID1A protein plays a crucial role in the SWI-SNF chromatin remodeling complex, which is essential for regulating gene expression through nucleosome structure alteration in an ATP-dependent manner.
