ARHGAP1 Antibody (A-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects ARHGAP1 in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ARHGAP1, also known as Rho GTPase activating protein 1 or CDC42GAP, is a crucial 439 amino acid protein that plays a significant role in regulating the activity of Rho family GTPases, including Rho, Rac, and Cdc42, by accelerating their intrinsic GTP hydrolysis. This function is vital for various cellular processes, including cell migration, proliferation, and differentiation, as ARHGAP1 helps maintain the balance between active and inactive forms of these GTPases.
