ANT2 Antibody (F-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ANT2 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ANT2 Antibody (F-7) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ANT2, also known as SLC25A5, is a 298 amino acid multi-pass membrane protein predominantly located in the inner mitochondrial membrane, where ANT2 plays a crucial role in cellular energy metabolism. ANT2 functions as a homodimer, facilitating the exchange of adenosine diphosphate (ADP) and adenosine triphosphate (ATP) between the mitochondrion and the cytosol, effectively linking ATP production within the mitochondria to ATP utilization in the cytosol.
