Annexin IV Antibody (D-2) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects Annexin IV of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Annexin IV antibody (D-2) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Annexin IV, also known as ANXA4, plays a crucial role in regulating chloride ion flux and is involved in the modulation of calmodulin kinase II (CaMKII) activity, which is essential for various cellular processes, including signal transduction and muscle contraction.
