Annexin II Antibody (H-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody raised against amino acids 1–50 of human Annexin II, also known as Annexin A2, Calpactin I heavy chain, Chromobindin-8, Lipocortin II, p36, and Placental Anticoagulant Protein IV. Annexin II is a calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding protein characterized by a conserved core domain composed of four annexin repeats, each forming a helix-loop-helix structure that enables binding to phospholipids in a Ca²⁺-dependent manner.
