AICAR transformylase Antibody (H-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects AICAR transformylase in mouse, rat, and human samples through various applications including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). AICAR transformylase, also known as ATIC, plays a crucial role in purine biosynthesis by catalyzing the penultimate step in the production of nucleotides, specifically converting AICAR (5-aminoimidazole-4-carboxamide ribonucleotide) into IMP (inosine monophosphate). Can AICAR transformylase (H-3): sc-365402 monoclonal antibody be used to stain formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections?

Thank you for your question. Yes, AICAR transformylase (H-3): sc-365402 has been validated for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections.
