ADRP Antibody (B-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ADRP of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ADRP (B-6) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ADRP, also known as adipose differentiation-related protein, plays a crucial role in lipid metabolism and storage, particularly in adipocytes, where ADRP coats lipid droplets and regulates lipolysis.
