ADNP Antibody (F-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 antibody that detects activity-dependent neuroprotector (ADNP) in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ADNP is a nuclear protein that plays a critical role as a putative transcription factor, influencing normal growth and cancer proliferation. ADNP expression is particularly abundant in the brain, especially in the cerebellum and cortex, where ADNP is essential for brain formation and embryonic development. ADNP is also highly expressed in various tissues, including the kidney, placenta, heart, skeletal muscle, and in breast and colon cancer tissues.
