Adducin β Antibody (E-11) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Adducin beta protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Adducin beta (E-11) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Adducin beta plays a crucial role in organizing the cortical actin cytoskeleton, which is essential for maintaining cell shape and facilitating cellular processes such as migration and division. Adducin beta protein is primarily localized at the spectrin-actin junction of the membrane skeleton, where Adducin beta helps to stabilize the cytoskeletal network.
