ADAM10 Antibody (B-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a kappa light chain antibody that detects ADAM10 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-ADAM10 antibody (B-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ADAM10, a member of the ADAM (a disintegrin and metalloprotease) family, plays a crucial role in processing tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFα), a key cytokine involved in inflammation and immune responses. By cleaving membrane-bound precursor pro-TNF at the Ala 76-Val 77 site, ADAM10 facilitates the release of soluble TNF, which is essential for regulating inflammatory processes and mediating cell signaling pathways.
