ACSL3 Antibody (F-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2a antibody that detects acyl-CoA synthetase long-chain 3 (ACSL3) in mouse, rat, and human samples through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ACSL3 plays a crucial role in lipid metabolism by catalyzing the conversion of long-chain fatty acids into acyl-CoA, which is essential for the synthesis of various lipid molecules, including triacylglycerol and phospholipids.
