SEE ALSO...

Acid Ceramidase Antibody (23) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects Acid Ceramidase protein of human origin by western blotting (WB) and immunoprecipitation (IP). Anti-Acid Ceramidase antibody (23) is available as a non-conjugated format. Acid Ceramidase (23) antibody recognizes a protein crucial in sphingolipid metabolism by catalyzing ceramide degradation, a bioactive lipid involved in cell signaling, apoptosis, and inflammation. Acid Ceramidase (23) monoclonal antibody targets a protein associated with Farber disease, a genetic disorder where ceramide accumulation due to acid ceramidase deficiency leads to severe joint and neurological issues. Anti-Acid Ceramidase antibody (23) detects a protein identified among the top five genes linked to melanoma, highlighting its significance in cancer biology. Acid Ceramidase (23) monoclonal antibody recognizes a protein with dual functionality, capable of both hydrolyzing ceramide and catalyzing ceramide synthesis under specific pH conditions, demonstrating its importance in maintaining sphingolipid homeostasis and various pathological conditions.
