AChRα Antibody (G10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects AChRα protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and flow cytometry (FCM). AChRα, a crucial component of the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor, plays a vital role in synaptic transmission at the neuromuscular junction, where AChRα facilitates rapid communication between nerve and muscle cells.
