Ac-Histone H4 Antibody (F-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b antibody that detects Histone H4 across a broad range of species through applications such as western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-Histone H4 antibody (F-3) specifically recognizes acetylated forms of Histone H4, which plays a crucial role in the regulation of gene expression and chromatin dynamics. Histone H4 is a core component of the nucleosome, where it forms a histone octamer with H2A, H2B, and H3, wrapping approximately 200 base pairs of DNA.
