    SEE ALSO...

ABT1 Antibody (B-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ABT1 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ABT1 Antibody (B-9) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ABT1, known as activator of basal transcription 1, plays a crucial role in gene expression regulation by associating with TATA-binding protein (TBP) to enhance basal transcription activity of class II promoters. This interaction facilitates transcription complex assembly necessary for gene activation in the nucleus. ABT1′s ability to enhance transcription is particularly important in cellular processes such as growth and differentiation, where precise gene regulation is essential. ABT1 associates with TBP in HeLa nuclear extracts, underscoring ABT1′s significance in transcriptional regulation. ABT1 also interacts with Ets2 Repressor Factor (ERF), a member of the ETS family of transcription factors, which modulates transcriptional activity and regulates cell proliferation and differentiation pathways.
