SEE ALSO...

14-3-3 β Antibody (A-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects 14-3-3 beta protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-14-3-3 beta antibody (A-6) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. 14-3-3 beta protein plays a crucial role in regulating numerous cellular processes, particularly in cancer biology, where 14-3-3 beta protein is involved in apoptosis, mitogenic signaling, and cell-cycle checkpoints. 14-3-3 beta protein is primarily located in the cytoplasm, where 14-3-3 beta protein acts as a scaffold that facilitates the interaction of various signaling proteins, thereby influencing their activity and stability. This cytoplasmic localization allows 14-3-3 proteins to sequester target proteins, preventing their degradation and modulating their functions in response to cellular signals. 14-3-3 proteins bind to phosphorylated serine and threonine residues, enabling regulation of a wide array of cellular pathways, and dysregulation can lead to significant pathological conditions, including cancer. Using 14-3-3 beta monoclonal antibody (A-6) in research provides insights into complex signaling networks governing cell behavior and disease progression.
