14-3-3 β Antibody (A-6) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects 14-3-3 beta protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-14-3-3 beta antibody (A-6) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. 14-3-3 beta protein plays a crucial role in regulating numerous cellular processes, particularly in cancer biology, where 14-3-3 beta protein is involved in apoptosis, mitogenic signaling, and cell-cycle checkpoints. 14-3-3 beta protein is primarily located in the cytoplasm, where 14-3-3 beta protein acts as a scaffold that facilitates the interaction of various signaling proteins, thereby influencing their activity and stability.
