NFAT Antikörper und Ähnliche Produkte

Santa Cruz Biotechnology bietet eine umfassende Sammlung von monoklonalen NFAT-Antikörpern für die Forschung zum Nuclear Factor of Activated T-cells (NFAT) in zellulären Prozessen. Die monoklonalen NFAT-Antikörper sind validiert für Western Blotting (WB), Immunpräzipitation (IP), Immunfluoreszenz (IF), Immunhistochemie mit Paraffin eingebetteten Schnitten (IHCP), Durchflusszytometrie (FCM) und Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA). NFAT-Proteine fungieren als Transkriptionsfaktoren, die Immunreaktionen, Zelldifferenzierung und Entwicklung regulieren. Die Forschung hat gezeigt, dass NFAT eine entscheidende Rolle bei der T-Zell-Aktivierung spielt und bei Autoimmunkrankheiten und Krebs eine wichtige Rolle spielt. Das Verständnis der NFAT-Signalwege ist weiterhin ein Schwerpunkt in der therapeutischen Forschung und Entwicklung. Monoklonale NFAT-Antikörper ermöglichen den präzisen Nachweis und die Analyse der NFAT-Expression, -Lokalisierung und -Aktivität in verschiedenen experimentellen Situationen.
