SEN15 Inhibitors

SEN15 inhibitors consist of a group of chemical compounds that indirectly suppress the functional activity of SEN15 by influencing various signaling pathways critical for cell growth, proliferation, and stress response, which are processes that may require SEN15's role in tRNA splicing. For instance, Rapamycin and WYE-354, both mTOR inhibitors, lead to the deactivation of downstream signals involved in protein synthesis.
