Rad57 Activators encompasses a diverse range of compounds that exert their influence on DNA repair pathways, not by directly stimulating Rad57, but through the creation of cellular conditions that necessitate the increased activity of homologous recombination processes in which Rad57 is presumed to be involved. Topoisomerase I and II, as well as drugs that cause DNA damage such as alkylating agents and intercalating agents.
