POMT1 Inhibitors

POMT1 inhibitors are a class of compounds that can disrupt the function of Protein O-Mannosyltransferase 1 (POMT1), a key enzyme involved in the process of O-linked glycosylation. This post-translational modification of proteins is a crucial biological process that modulates protein function, localization, and interactions.
