PDZK1 Antibodies

Santa Cruz Biotechnology offers a broad range of PDZK1 monoclonal antibodies for investigating PDZK1 in cellular processes. Multiple detection methods are supported, including western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), flow cytometry (FCM), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). PDZK1, or PDZ domain-containing protein 1, functions as a scaffolding protein that organizes signaling complexes and regulates protein interactions. PDZK1 maintains the function of various membrane proteins through its involvement in cell signaling, adhesion, and transport mechanisms. Research has shown PDZK1's significance in cancer development and progression. PDZK1 also plays key roles in cardiovascular health and disease. Investigating PDZK1 expression and activity provides valuable insights into cellular regulation and disease mechanisms. Current studies continue to reveal new functions of PDZK1 in human health and disease. Santa Cruz Biotechnology monoclonal antibodies enable researchers to advance scientific understanding of PDZK1's complex biological roles.
