LANCL2 Activators

Chemical activators of LANCL2, or LanC Like 2, primarily operate through key pathways that are known to modulate LANCL2 expression and function, such as the AMPK pathway, PPARγ pathway, and cAMP pathway. Several of the selected compounds, including Metformin, AICAR, Rosiglitazone, Pioglitazone, Forskolin, and DDA, act as activators within these pathways.
