HSPB11 Activators

HSPB11, also known as Heat shock protein family B member 11, plays an essential role in cellular stress response and other fundamental cellular processes. A range of chemicals can activate or influence HSPB11 directly or indirectly based on their mechanisms of action and interaction with related cellular pathways. 17-AAG is a noted Hsp90 inhibitor. By inhibiting Hsp90, it can lead to an upregulation in other heat shock proteins, indirectly influencing HSPB11. Similarly, Celastrol powerfully curtails Hsp90 protein levels while boosting Hsp70 levels. This dual action can have implications on the broader heat shock protein family, including HSPB11.
