DAK Inhibitors

Chemical inhibitors of DAK can exert their functional inhibition through interference with key regulatory pathways and processes essential for DAK's activity. Alsterpaullone, as a cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor, can impede DAK by obstructing the phosphorylation mechanisms that are essential for its activity, while Roscovitine operates in a similar manner, selectively inhibiting cyclin-dependent kinases and thereby likely obstructing DAK's phosphorylation cycle.
