TLE1抗体(F-4)是一种IgG1 κ型小鼠单克隆TLE1抗体(也称为分裂增强子groucho样蛋白1(ESG1)抗体),能够通过蛋白质印迹(WB)、免疫沉淀(IP)、免疫荧光(IF)和酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)检测到来自小鼠、大鼠和人类的TLE1蛋白。TLE1抗体(F-4)既提供非偶联的抗TLE1抗体形式,也提供多种偶联形式的抗TLE1抗体,包括琼脂糖、辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)、藻红蛋白(PE)、异硫氰酸荧光素(FITC)和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。Notch信号通路控制细胞间的相互作用,对于无脊椎动物和脊椎动物中多种命运的特化具有重要意义。Notch通路中的关键角色是TLE基因(代表分裂的类传导素增强子,也称为ESG,即增强子分裂的groucho),它们是人类果蝇groucho基因的同源物。Groucho是一种转录抑制因子,在神经发生、分节和性别决定中起关键作用。TLEs与活细胞中的染色质以及特异性的组蛋白H3相关联,但不与其他核心组蛋白相关联。TLE基因(TLE1、TLE2、TLE3和TLE4)的表达与正在向终末分化状态发展的未成熟上皮细胞相关,这表明它们在上皮分化过程中具有作用。TLE1、TLE2和TLE3在宫颈鳞状上皮化生和癌中的表达升高,而TLE4在大脑中的表达最高,特别是在尾状核中。TLE1和TLE4包含SP和WD40结构域,通过这些结构域,TLE1与AML1结合,抑制AML1诱导的CSF1受体反式激活。在细胞分化的早期阶段,TLE1上调,而TLE2和TLE4下调。在后期阶段,TLE2和TLE4上调,而TLE1的表达减少。

When should the TransCruz reagent sc-137098 X be used instead of the standard form sc-137098?

Thank you for your question. We recommend using the TransCruz reagent form when performing ChIP or GelShift assays. This form can also be used in other applications such as Western Blot or IHC, but the dilution should be adjusted by a factor of 10 to account for the higher original concentration.
