PTPζ Antibody (122.2) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects PTPζ protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunohistochemistry. Why do you recommend m-IgGκ BP-HRP as a preferred secondary detection reagent for PTPζ Antibody (122.2), if PTPζ Antibody is an IgM k monoclonal of mouse and m-IgGκ BP-HRP is bonded to IgGk of mouse ?

Thank you for your question. Our m-IgGκ binding proteins recognize kappa light chains of IgG, IgA, and IgM antibodies and are suitable for the detection of these immunoglobulin classes.

Can sc-33664: PTPζ (122.2) monoclonal antibody be used to stain formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections?

Thank you for your question. Yes, sc-33664: PTPζ (122.2) is recommended for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections.
