G3PP/PGP抗体（E-10）是一种IgG2a κ小鼠单克隆PGP抗体（也被称为G3PP抗体），它能够通过蛋白质印迹（WB）、免疫沉淀（IP）、免疫荧光（IF）、免疫组织化学（IHC(P)）和酶联免疫吸附测定（ELISA）检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的PGP蛋白。G3PP/PGP抗体（E-10）既有非偶联形式的抗G3PP/PGP抗体，也有多种偶联形式的抗PGP抗体，包括琼脂糖、辣根过氧化物酶（HRP）、藻红蛋白（PE）、异硫氰酸荧光素（FITC）和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。G3PP/PGP（磷酸甘油酸磷酸酶），也被称为PGPase，是一种由321个氨基酸组成的酶，属于HAD样水解酶超家族和CbbY/cbbZ/gph/yieH家族。G3PP/PGP在所有组织中都有发现，包括红细胞、淋巴细胞和培养的成纤维细胞，其中在骨骼肌和心肌中的活性最高。PGP被认为是一种重要的调节酶，通过间接影响红细胞2,3-二磷酸甘油酸的水平来调节氧运输。编码G3PP/PGP的基因位于人类16号染色体上，该染色体编码超过900个基因，约占人类基因组的近3%。GAN基因位于16号染色体上，其突变可能导致巨大轴突神经病，这是一种神经系统疾病，其特征是随着生长而功能障碍逐渐加重。罕见的鲁宾斯坦-泰比综合征也与16号染色体有关，同样还有克罗恩病，这是一种胃肠道炎症性疾病。

I am using PGP (E-10): sc-390883 monoclonal antibody to stain paraffin embedded tissue. Do you recommend antigen retrieval when using this antibody?

hello I have a question about sc-390883, I want to use this antibody for western blotting and I want to know what dilution I should use from this?

Thank you for your question. We recommend using this antibody, sc-390883: PGP (E-10), at a starting dilution of 1:200 in Western blotting, with a optimal range between 1:100-1:1,000, which should be determined through titration.
