Hi, I am interested in purchasing IRF4 antibody (Human/ mouse) that binds N terminus of the protein, and I was wondering whether you have mapped the epitope for IRF4 F-4 (sc-48338) or do you have any product that you could recommend?

Can the TransCruz Reagent sc-48338 X be used in applications other than ChIP and EMSA?

Thank you for your question. Yes, the X form of the antibody can be used in other applications such as Western Blot, IF and IHC. The dilution factor needs to be adjusted as the X form is ten times as concentrated as the standard antibody.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Zero starI bought this antibody twice, neither worked for IB, IP or IF. SC used to have goat IRF4 (M17) and mouse IRF4(MUM1p), both great for IP and IB. But they were discontinued and replaced with this garbage for no reason. It has been more and more antibodies from SC do not work, and you just waste your time and efforts to try them. So I am now switching to other companies.
