How much dilution should I use for WB?

Thank you for your question. DNA pol e A (D-10) is recommended for detection of DNA pol e A of mouse, rat and human origin by Western Blotting with a starting dilution of 1:100 and a dilution range of 1:100-1:1000.

Is it better to use a BSA or milk blocking solution with this antibody?

Thank you for your question. If you are using this antibody for Western blotting with chemiluminescent detection (ECL), then we recommend blocking in 5% nonfat milk in TBST. We also recommend incubating primary and secondary antibody in 5% nonfat milk in TBST. Please refer to our Western Blotting protocol online for more detailed information.

For Western Blot, is it recommended to use denatured or non-denatured conditions with DNA pol ε A (D-10): sc-390785 monoclonal antibody?
