Thank you for your question. No, not to our knowledge. This antibody is recommended for detection of CD8 of mouse, rat and human origin.

Does this antibody recognize alpha or beta chain of CD8? Thank you for your reply.

Thank you for your question. The exact epitope recognized by this mouse monoclonal antibody, CD8 (32-M4): sc-1177, has not yet been determined. And therefore we do not know if the antibody is specific for the alpha or beta chain of CD8.

If I want to use this antibody for Flow Cytometry, what starting dilution do you recommend I use?
