CD206抗体（D-1）是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆CD206抗体（也称为MRC1抗体，或甘露糖受体C型1抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测人源的CD206蛋白。CD206抗体（D-1）既可以是非偶联的抗CD206抗体形式，也可以是多种偶联形式的抗CD206抗体，包括琼脂糖、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。CD206，也称为巨噬细胞甘露糖受体C型（MMR或MRC1），是一种I型膜受体蛋白。它是一种吞噬和胞吞受体，可以识别靶分子中的碳水化合物配体。该蛋白的胞外部分包括八个C型碳水化合物识别域（CRD），它们聚集在一起以实现与糖类的更高亲和力结合。CD206存在于巨噬细胞和肝细胞上，是目前已知的唯一一个含有多个C型CRD的C型凝集素。CD206介导巨噬细胞对糖蛋白的内吞作用，并与潜在致病病毒、真菌和细菌表面的高甘露糖结构结合，使它们能够通过吞噬作用被中和。在炎症期间，CD206对于快速清除几种含甘露糖的血清糖蛋白至关重要，但不调节炎症的启动。CD206主要在成熟组织巨噬细胞、未成熟树突状细胞以及肝和淋巴内皮细胞、视网膜色素上皮（RPE）和系膜细胞中表达。

Can this antibody functionally block mannose binding?

Thank you for your question. Anti-CD206/Mannose Receptor/MMR Antibody (15-2) is intended and recommended for detection of CD206 of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and FCM. It has not been tested for its blocking properties and we do not have any data to support such an assay.

sc-376108. Indicates reactivity with human only. Do you know about reactivity with rat, or is this untested?

Thank you for your question. We have not yet tested this antibody for reactivity with mouse or rat CD206. We are aware of one product citation in rat tissue, see PMID: 29293592 for details.

Is it possible to stain mouse tissue with this mouse primary antibody?

Thank you for your question. CD206 Antibody (D-1): sc-376108 is only recommended for detection of CD206 of human origin by WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) and ELISA. It is not recommended for the detection of its epitope in murine samples.
