LGR6 Antibody (F-5) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects LGR6 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). LGR6 (F-5) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. LGR6, also known as Leucine-Rich Repeat-Containing G Protein-Coupled Receptor 6, plays a crucial role in cellular signaling pathways as a member of the G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) family, which is essential for transmitting signals from outside the cell to inside, thereby influencing various physiological processes.
