ZP1 Antibody (D-4) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects ZP1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ZP1 (D-4) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ZP1 protein is a crucial component of the zona pellucida, a glycoprotein matrix surrounding the oocyte that plays a vital role in fertilization.
