ZNRD1 Antibody (D-10) is a mouse monoclonal IgG2b kappa light chain antibody that detects ZNRD1 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ZNRD1 (D-10) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ZNRD1 protein, also known as zinc ribbon domain containing 1, TEX6, Rpa12, or hZR14, is a 126 amino acid protein primarily localized in the nucleolus, where ZNRD1 plays a crucial role in synthesizing ribosomal RNA (rRNA) precursors as part of the multi-protein RNA polymerase I complex. This nucleolar localization is significant for ribosome biogenesis, which is vital for protein synthesis in all living cells. ZNRD1 gene is located on human chromosome 6, a region associated with various diseases, including early onset intestinal cancer, Parkinson′s disease, and bipolar disorder, highlighting ZNRD1′s importance in cellular function and potential implications in cancer susceptibility and other genetic disorders.
