    SEE ALSO...

ZNF691 Antibody (C-3) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ZNF691 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-ZNF691 antibody (C-3) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. Zinc finger protein 691 (ZNF691) is a 312 amino acid protein belonging to the Krüppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, primarily localized in the nucleus. This nuclear localization enables ZNF691 to participate in essential cellular processes such as DNA-binding and transcriptional regulation. ZNF691 features seven C2H2-type zinc fingers, which facilitate interaction with specific DNA sequences, thereby influencing gene expression. ZNF691 undergoes alternative splicing, resulting in two isoforms that may have distinct regulatory roles. Understanding ZNF691 function and regulation is vital, as ZNF691 plays a significant role in cellular differentiation and development, making ZNF691 a key player in various biological processes and potential therapeutic targets.

What application is the blocking peptide sc-376052 P appropriate for?

    Asked by: jenniferc
Thank you for your question. The blocking peptide is intended for use as a negative control, by pre-adsorbing the mouse monoclonal antibody against the antigen. For full protocol details, please contact our Technical Services Department or view our online protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/peptide-neutralization
