    SEE ALSO...

ZNF624 Antibody (F-7) is a mouse monoclonal IgM antibody that detects ZNF624 of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Anti-ZNF624 antibody (F-7) is available as the non-conjugated form. Zinc finger protein 624 (ZNF624) is a crucial member of the Krüppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, consisting of 739 amino acids and localized primarily in the nucleus. ZNF624 is characterized by 21 C2H2-type zinc fingers, which play a significant role in DNA-binding and transcriptional regulation. ZNF624′s ability to interact with specific DNA sequences allows modulation of gene expression, making ZNF624 essential for various cellular processes, including development and differentiation. ZNF624 participates in the recruitment of histone-modifying proteins through interaction with KAP1, thereby influencing chromatin structure and function. ZNF624′s versatility in regulating transcription highlights its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis and responding to environmental signals, underscoring anti-ZNF624 antibody (F-7)′s relevance in research applications aimed at understanding gene regulation and expression in different biological contexts.
