    SEE ALSO...

ZNF313 Antibody (E-12) is a mouse monoclonal IgG3 kappa light chain antibody that detects ZNF313 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). anti-ZNF313 antibody (E-12) is available as the non-conjugated form. ZNF313, also known as RNF114 or ZNF228, is a 228 amino acid protein characterized by the presence of a RING-type zinc finger domain, which is crucial for its role in the ubiquitination pathway. ZNF313 is predominantly expressed in mature testis and exists in two isoforms due to alternative splicing, suggesting significant involvement in spermatogenesis and male fertility. ZNF313 function is essential, contributing to reproductive health and implicated in the pathogenesis of psoriasis, an immune-mediated skin condition that manifests as red, scaly patches on the skin. anti-ZNF313 antibody (E-12) enables exploration of ZNF313′s multifaceted roles in both reproductive biology and immune responses, providing valuable insights into potential therapeutic targeting.

What application is the blocking peptide sc-514603 P appropriate for?

    Asked by: jerojero
Thank you for your question. The blocking peptide is intended for use as a negative control, by pre-adsorbing the mouse monoclonal antibody against the antigen. For full protocol details, please contact our Technical Services Department or view our online protocol here: https://www.scbt.com/scbt/resources/protocols/peptide-neutralization
