    SEE ALSO...

ZNF295 Antibody (D-8) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ZNF295 of human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ZNF295 monoclonal antibody (D-8) is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ZNF295, also known as ZBTB21, is a 1066 amino acid protein that belongs to the Krüppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family and is primarily localized in the nucleus, where ZNF295 plays a crucial role in transcriptional regulation. ZNF295 features a BTB (POZ) domain and eight C2H2-type zinc fingers, which are essential for DNA-binding capabilities. ZNF295 is phosphorylated in response to DNA damage, highlighting ZNF295′s involvement in cellular stress responses and maintenance of genomic integrity. ZNF295′s interaction with KAP1, through a KRAB domain, facilitates recruitment of histone-modifying proteins, thereby influencing chromatin remodeling and gene expression. This multifaceted role underscores ZNF295′s importance in regulating transcriptional networks and potential implications in various biological processes and diseases. These properties make anti-ZNF295 antibody (D-8) a valuable resource for exploring regulatory mechanisms in transcription, chromatin remodeling, and cellular stress responses.
