    SEE ALSO...

ZNF276 Antibody (G-9) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 kappa light chain antibody that detects ZNF276 protein of mouse, rat, and human origin by western blotting (WB), immunoprecipitation (IP), immunofluorescence (IF), immunohistochemistry with paraffin-embedded sections (IHCP), and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). ZNF276 (G-9) antibody is available in both non-conjugated and various conjugated forms, including agarose, horseradish peroxidase (HRP), phycoerythrin (PE), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and multiple Alexa Fluor® conjugates. ZNF276 protein, consisting of 614 amino acids, features five C2H2-type zinc fingers and one zinc finger associated domain, which are critical for DNA binding and transcriptional regulation. ZNF276 plays a key role in regulating gene expression, influencing cellular processes such as proliferation and differentiation. Research has identified ZNF276 as a potential tumor suppressor in sporadic breast cancers due to loss of heterozygosity at its chromosomal location, highlighting ZNF276′s significance in cancer biology. The proximity of ZNF276 gene to the FANCA gene, which encodes a DNA repair protein, suggests ZNF276′s potential role in the progression of Fanconi anemia, a genetic disorder characterized by increased cancer risk. Two isoforms of ZNF276 arise from alternative splicing, contributing to functional diversity and regulatory mechanisms within the cell.
